No. You can start with an invoice form, a voice note, a handwritten invoice photo, a PDF or an Excel file. Save your business profile once, then reuse your customer and item details.
Yes, in the connected pilot. Link your number to your Invora account, then send text, voice notes, images, PDFs or spreadsheets. The assistant can ask for missing details and show a summary for your confirmation. WhatsApp setup is currently arranged during pilot onboarding.
The invoice assistant supports English, everyday Hindi and simple Arabic. You can speak or type naturally. The website and workspace navigation are currently in English.
The pilot includes invoice drafts, the business dashboard, customer and item records, voice and document capture, and Excel imports. WhatsApp requires a connected test setup. QuickBooks Online has been tested with a sandbox company. Production QuickBooks access and ASP invoice sending and receiving require provider activation.
You review the extracted details and confirm before saving an invoice draft. Government or Peppol submission is not live in this early-access release. Production sending and receiving will be enabled after provider onboarding and validation. Invora is not an accredited service provider.
Invoice allowances are intended to count sent and received documents together, for one business. One AI assist is planned to cover one invoice extraction with up to two follow-up corrections, using up to two audio minutes or three document pages. A delivered WhatsApp reply counts towards the reply allowance. Proactive template messages and extra usage will be quoted separately before purchase. These limits will apply when paid plans launch.
No. Early access does not take a payment or activate a paid subscription. The displayed amounts are planned monthly launch prices, excluding VAT where applicable. Final availability and plan terms will be confirmed before you subscribe.
The connector can retrieve invoices for review. We have verified the QuickBooks Online sandbox connection; connecting a real company needs Intuit production approval and your company administrator’s authorisation. We will arrange this with businesses joining the connector pilot.
